Power Seat Fail

so my drivers side power seat wont go forward or backward and i don't have the money to replace it. My problem is the seat is to far forward and i was wondering if there was a manual way of pushing it back.

Thanks

mine does something similar; it will go up and down, tilt, but when you go back orforward it only moves about a 1/8th inch and stops. Dont really matter to me though, its all the way back and I cant get in if its anymore forward than that.

Search a little (power seat track) and you'll find my thread. I had the same problem. I just ordered a power seat track from a junk yard for cheap, swaped out the broken one, and everything works great.

The only way to manually move it is to take apart the front motor, slide it where you want it, reassemble the motor, and unplug it. It is a total b!tch though. I think one of our members that was helping me out with my dilemma did it.. Just keep searching that thread.
