right now i have cloth seats in my 1st gen cl. would it be possible to fit 98-01 accord leather seats in there? if not, how much would it cost to buy the seats?

 

Why dont you wrap them in leather?

 

They sell a leather replacement skins. I think its the same shape as the cloth seats.

 

I would just get them re-upholstered in leather. The price of the accord seats would cost a lot of money (about 3k for both front seats new). It will cost more than its worth, IMO, and possible mounting problems. I've heard of people getting their whole interior re-upholstered in leather (door panels, front, and rear seats) for about 1,500 which is considerably less, you can choose the color, and its your original seat.
