i have a 97 3.0 and im 110k in. when i drive now i hear this crunching and scraching and tearign and all of these sounds from my front left wheel, i was told by a few people that my wheel bearing was bad earlyer but i didnt know that the problem would escalate so quickly. i have parked the car and im not driving it. but on the last ride home it was bad enough to where i could feel the grinding in the pedals. i need my car but i just dont know what to go out and buy to make it run.can anyone provide any insight into this?

 

im getting my wheels bearings replaced 2day, when ever i was driving noise was soo bad...my dads friend is a mechanic and he said its usually the right side because thats where the potholes usually are...

but i never felt my pedal grindng like yours....

 

the feeling in the pedals wasnt a real strong feeling but how much does it cost for some bearings on a 97 3.0? is this a part that i can just pick up at a local autoparts store?
