Please Help- Tranny Quest>

I have a 3.0Cl with a newly rebuilt transmission as of like a couple days ago. The guy that rebuilt it, also added a transmission cooler to it which is good. He has the car right now and says that it shifts too firm now like a shift kit would feel like. Now, I read that the trans will shift more firm with a cooler added to it, but how firm? Is it possible that there may be too much pressure in the lines somewhere or is it supposed to feel like that now? PLease help!! He has had it for a VERY long time and wont be able to check this "problem" out until Monday at the earliest. Should I pick it up now or let him mess with it some more... When I say I havent had it for a long time,,, I mean a long 6 MONTHS!!

Yeah man,, the first retard I brought it to thought he could take care of it,, He had it for about 4 months before he even LOOKED at it !!!!! we are about to get an attorney on his ass though.. then we take it to this guy who is actually a good mechanic but has had a hard time ordering parts through Acura. They screwed up they order countless times for different parts.. I thought their service was supposed to be great or something. But yeah, its finally finished sort of. It shifts but REAL firm he says. Do you guys know if it should be like this with a tranny cooler? IM SO PISSED about all this right now. I miss my baby!!!!!
