I have to say, not bad at all. I am a fan of chrome even though I just bought silver last week. I wasnt sure how that style was going to look on a CL, but with the black it looks really smooth and clean. I like it.

Looks nice! I didn't think our cars would look good on chrome rims, but yours really look good... may be because the car's black and the tint you have... they match the chrome well.

Those wheels look pimp as shit get used to seeing all summer long. At least there are a few people who know a pimp ride when they see one. a CL w/ knock-off's isn't that pimp in my eyes and alot of others. Plus alot of us think chrome is ugly. Ever beaner mobile and their mom has chrome man IMO, the cheap chrome wheels look fake, they are all ripply and most of them end up pealing in a few years, chrome belongs on big body cars and trucks. Not on little compacts. BUt again, that's my opinion.

and to ghander.....we all are entitled to our opinions, and I understand that some of you dont like chrome, but I had some silver enkei suzuka's on before these, and I didn't like the silver rims with the black car...to me the chrome looks MUCH BETTER......it just pisses me off that some of you are SO HARSH, I mean I have seen some NASTY CL'S on this site and have never talked shit about them.

to answer everyone's questions.....the rims are 18"'s.....and I am not planning many more mods in the near future......I will probubly add some extra woodgrain, but that's about it..when I have the $$$ for springs, shocks and a camber adj I may drop it, but who knows..I like the soft ride...anyway, thanks again for the feedback.

BTW -- I will pay $100 to anyone who drives to Silver Spring, MD
and puts a foot in A23CL's ass ....but you must send me pics for proof

 

If you like the soft ride, get the pro-kit man. Honestly it's basically a stock ride that's just a tad stiffer and a little lower. It'd look 100x's better. I swear by the pro-kit, the ride was just amazing quality. Just not low enough for my likeing.

i like racing wheels myself too, but i will say that those are the BEST looking chrome rims i've seen on any CL on this site. I really like that style in chrome. Looks luxury enough to me, fuck the gs400's!
