Peeps w/ Knowledge of Nitrous, Check This Out.

Injector Amplifier

Check that out. Do you guys see any advantage in using this?? I find it kind of strange seeing that ZEX wants you to install the nozzle closer to the throttle body. This would put the nozzle pretty far away.

I was thinking about redoing my set up. With this filter, I could hide most of my stuff. But, I wouldn't want to get it if it hurts the performance of the nitrous.

Anyone??? Thanks fellaz!!!

this is pretty cool, after seeing it i'm strongly thinking about ordering it. The benefits may not be much though. The cool thing is you'll help ensure that the nitrous spreads out more and will allow distribution to the cylinders a little better because it will be filling up the whole circum. of the tube. Nitrous kits are supposed to be tapped in about 8" min. away from the TB because otherwise it won't fill up the whole circumfrence and thus distribute to the cylinders in different amounts.

It seems helpful if you havent tapped into you intake allready and are just buying the kit. If your nitrous kit is allready installed its not to useful since you allready have a hole in your intake.

I saw this when looking for my wet kit. I decided against getting it.

Yeah, I would rather tap the intake just before the TB. This setup, you would loose some of the effectivness with accumilation on the intake tubing.

I'm sure that its also going to take longer for the nitrous to reach the block since its alot further away from the normal place to tap into your intake (especially if you have a CAI). Every milli second counts and losing a couple due to the long route the nitrous has to take, from when you flip the switch to it reaching your internals.
