parking brake does not work. car rolls!!
it worked before the winter time. now it doesnt work. i tighten the cables and pulled as hard as i could. it still doesnt not work. ( 5spd)
so my question....
what is my problem? do i need new cables or new rear calipers???

i do park in gear all the time. my driveway has a slight hill and i dont like the sounds of my gears rubbing.
so, is it a cable problem or caliper problem?

its probaly both, especially for me. my ebrake problem fucked up my rear right brake assembly. my e-brake doesnt hold for shit in neutral anymore either. if you open your center console and take the fuzzy cover thing out of the way you can see how cockeyed the cables are.
