paint

anyone know where i can get amber spray paint.. or something close to amber cuz i got the oem foglights and i have amber corners so i wanna paint the foglights amber instead of just having them clear

Interesting idea. You definately want to use a heat resistant spray paint. Not sure about an actual "amber" color, but I'm sure you can find something close. Look at either an autoparts store, or maybe home depot, or kmart. Just make sure it's a high temp paint.

testers makes model paints and they may have a transparent amber, as far as high temp that they don't have. but the transparent candy apple red was the $hit for the all red ricer taillight days

ok yea ima do it soon prolly this weeked.. i just dont wanna have amber corners... and then bammmmm clear foglights.. i believe it will look out of place

why not just make easy on yourself and get clear corners? instead of ruining your foggies?

Sorry to bring up the old thread....but did anyone actually find high temp transparent amber paint? Because I have something special I'd like to do and I need this to actually do it.

Why not change the bulbs in the foggs? Could you not get amber bulbs for them... ?

just sayin'. I went searchin for yellow(not amber) bulbs for my signal lights. no one had them. Found them about a half hour away. .....search and ye shall find
