Ordering tranny cooler...

I'm looking to order a tranny cooler, ASAP, so that I can have it installed sometime this week. My tranny went last week and tomorrow I'm having a reman. one put in. I'd like to get the tranny cooler put in soon after.

I've read posts about people putting in a Hayden or a B&M cooler.

I was looking to purchase the B&M, model 70255. Just wanted to make sure I'm ordering the right model. Does anyone else have this one, or recommend something else?

Thanks,
Erik

Yeah I saw his writeup and pics on the Hayden he put in, but I also did a search and found that most people use B&M and recommend it over the Hayden. Just making sure I'm going to order to correct model.

Ive heard you want Plate & Fin, not the Tube & Fin design. Otherwise, I dont think the brand will make much difference.

if $40 gives ANY chance of saving the tranny, then its worth it

yea the one you want is called the stacked plate design.. like a radiator. the other is a tube fin and they dont work as well tho they are alot cheaper, but when they only cost 40$ for a good stacked one, why wouldnt you.
