Hello from the old Noob
First of all I just want to say a BIG Thank you to all of the pioneers for starting this wonderful site to all Acura owners!
I have been an owner and lover to Honda/Acura since the day my mother owned the turquoise 1979-80 Honda Accord to bring up her single parent kids. I guess you could say that the Honda Company saved our pain from endless repairs as far as cars go. I am now 27 and traded in my 89 2 door Accord Lxi for a 99 3.0 CL. Booya!!! I have owned my CL since Nov. and sometimes treat it better then my wife! (not my 2 year old daughter though). I have been reading endless posts and I can say that you guys/gals have taught me many thoughts about OUR CL! I am planning on getting strictly shocks, springs and wheels (w/tires of course)
I am planning on Eibach prokit springs
With KYB GR-2 shocks……… and well some good 18’ wheels
I have a 99 3.0 Tafetta White with clears…..thanks to you installed myself with a buddy
89 Accord????……PM me for the whole story…..Lets just say it took me across most of the U.S.A with an oil change or two…..no problems!
By the way….my mother and I have prospered….She just bought an 05Accord with XM…..Has never stopped……..Need to get her a new TL or RL…..
