ok- I give up, I need help-
So, I get pulled over last Sunday by a Stater. She tells me I got no tail lights. I get out and look , sure enough, no tail lights and no fogs, no side markers, but my head lights and my brake lights and turn signals work. Just enough so I cant legally drive it in hte early AM and at night. Any way, checked all the fuses, they are all OK. Ripped my car apart chasing wires, still could't find anything obvious. So I give up and decide to take it to an auto electrician, and I'm putting it all back together, and PRESTO, they all work. SWEET! I put my front and rear end back together, and then I flip my lights on switch and I got nothing.
So now I have no idea what the hell the deal is. Any one have this issue or know auto electrical wanna help me out?

hmm that definitely sounds like a short somewhere
doesn't point to a burnt fuse though because you said you disassembled it and put it back together and it started working again.
I'd say somewhere in the wiring there's a short/fray. It's probably going to be a bitch but it'd be in your best bet to take a multimeter and test for continuity on the wires for the non working lights (taillights, for example)
One thing that bothers me is that you mentioned sidemarkders and foglights. I'm assuming you mean the 'jdm' sidemarkers that you drill on the side of your fenders, as well as aftermarket foglights? I'm willing to be there's a fault somewhere there in your wiring, and it's also throwing off your taillights. If it were me I'd start out by disconnecting your fogs and sidemarkers and seeing if the car functions fine then...then you know it's your wiring.

It's never burnt a fuse yet during this ordeal- I also think its a poor ground, but I've traced the wiring and have found no bad grounds yet- that is a good idea about try without the after market fogs, will do.

hmmmmm.. it sounds to me like maybe one of your pieces of the car that you put back together is maybe touching a loose wire? or maybe theres a loose wire in general.
did you check all the wires to make sure theyre good? you should really get one of those light probe things. you know, those things where you touch a wire with it and if its getting power, it lights up? those are real helpful in these situations..

thats what we were checking each wire with, the screwdriver that lights up (when grounded and power thru it) All the lights work great now.
Anyway, now I get over there and the car won't start. It has to be something simple, probly not getting spark somewhere I'm guessing if its fuel related maybe the fuel pump isnt getting power? I know it's hard to say form a not seeing it yourself vantage, but any ideas?

Though, I bet it's somethign to do with the fusebox. Maybe you didn't seat a fuse, or when you brushed the contacts ( I assume you used a wire brush, right? ), some dirt got lodged in the fuse socket....
