Well having a argument with a guy at work about what my 3.0cl will do in the 1/8. I have a short RAM intake and cherry bomb muffler. He says 10+ I say high to mid 9's . So anybody chime in. I searched but I'm on my phone and it doesn't like searches .

You can usually figure out your 1/4 time if you know your 1/8 ET and then adding half.

I'm guessing the 3.0 runs a 16.0 1/4. So that's roughly a 10.5 1/8.

10.5 + 5.25 = 15.75

Yeah, my 3.0 went 16.0 on a hot day and had SRI/E.

I'm positive the 3.0CL is going to run mid 10's in the 1/8 mile. If you're doing 9's, then that's roughly a 14 second 1/4 mile run which is 2nd gen CL territory.

You live like 10 minutes from Mooresville drag strip. Lets go to the test and tune on Thursday. I'll run my car.

If we can't do it this week, I'll definitely go next Thursday. My car is getting tuned this weekend and I'd rather have it running correctly before I go out beating on it.

I'd like to see what the H23V does against the V6. Might be a pretty good race.

Yeap. You basically add just a tad bit more then half, but this is damn near right for doing it quickly in your head.

10+ seconds is correct.

Mid to late 9's would put you in the 14-15 sec range.
