What does the On-Off switch do on the drivers side arm rest of a 99 3.0CL?

I just bought my CL used and it did not come with an owners manual. I have no idea what this switch does.

Any help is appreciated.

allows the windows to go down if its on

disables them if its off

 

mine only allows the driver side to....and lock the passenger one...

mine locks both i think, now that i think about i think it may only do the passenger but i thought it was both

 

Thanks for the info. It must only lock the passenger side on mine.

Anyone know where I can get an owners manual?
