OEM Spoiler

Does anyone have a spoiler that they know for sure is an acura oem spoiler. My dealership told me that mine was an aftermarket and they wont cover it under my warranty because of that and the bolt patterns were different on the aftermarket spoiler than on the acura spoiler. Can anyone clear this up for me?

my 98 2.3 came with one from the dealer, and is listed in the options on the specs sheet. I've seen the same ones on some websites, and looks to be the same.

we sell the wings west oem version, im not sure if the bolt pattern is the same, but i think it is.

i highly doubt the dealer could tell a wings west from their own. everythign matches up. i just drilled the marked places on the trunk and my wing fit perfectly.
