I put a short ram intake on my 97 2.2. I noticed maybe a few less litres/100 KM. The cool sound under full throttle kinda makes me wanna drive harder so really all the gains are removed. As for power, maybe I gained 3-4 hp which isn't noticeable. As for headers, i have no clue...will be installing some this summer.

Probably not even that much. 10% would be quite a bit I would think?

Certain mods do yield to better gas mileage as long as it's driven correctly. So, yes is the answer to your question.

I dont know what years accords they use for their intakes, but I'm sure you can find that answer in the "Noob Guide" listed at the top of the 1st gen section to these forums in orange bold print.

header and intake would help gas mileage a bit, by helping the engine run better
