Obd2 to obd 1 conversion

has anyone changed from obd 2 to obd1 to increase the rev limit or know anything about a conversion because here is my situation. I just got a new head job with a new cam but i cant get all the power out becuase obd2 does not let me rev past 6300rpm which pisses me off. so any help or info would be greatly appreciated. thank you

obd2 ecu's can't be rechipped, but reprogrammed. get a conversion harness and use the 94 accord vtec ecu chipped, I've used my H22 ecu on my stock motor and vtec is shit loud and kicks, but its too agressive for my F23.

just remember when you do the conversion there are a few things you will have to change ie. distributor, & injectors...
skunk2 should have a conversion for you....you can use a 94-95 vtec ecu
