the air intake has nothing to do with a o2 sensor.
o2 sensors are in the exhaust

on the intake you should have a hole for a hose from the valve cover breather and the only other thing you have to do is cap off a vacume line on your fire wall

here are some instructions for the installintake install

intake install

rip out all the stock crap. that means
1. the intake tube
2. the big resonator box in the bumper
3. the air box
4. the little shit thing connected under the stock intake tube
5. all parts that hooked up to that thing. a bunch of hoses and one electrical connector. that sytem is the A.I.R sytem and u dont need it. ull see that all those little hoses trun into one that goes up to the firewall.rip that hose off and cap that one line.
6. install aem intake
7. hook up hose from valve cover to aem intake
8. put air filter on intake and close up the wheel well
9. resest ur ecu. pull the fues in the box on the passenger side of car in engine bay or just discconnect battery. let it sit for awhile.
10. hook up battery or put fuse in
11. start car and let it warm up dotn give it any gas

thats it

YOU CANT TAKE OUT THE STOCK INTAKE HOSE CAUSE THERES A HOSE ATTACHED TO IT
its that line you cap off and unplug the electrical connector

i dont know how you took it off if you dident see the plug or the vacume line?

hmmm i dont see any electrical connecters...there was one line hooked up the the stock rubber intake hose( the main one) and it goes to the crank shaft and ppl tell me that a breather goes there. I just use the silicone hose ( that came with it)to connect the intake pipe to to the crank shaft. and the other hose that runs under it which is filed with like coolent to the the intake manifold ( i think its what is is since it runs to that thing with the factory shit on there) I dunno...i think i did it right. maybe i just overlooked something that i did. But i dont really see and electrical connecters!!

hmm oldie....

all I see is 2 hoses that are welded together so that one hose connects the stock intake to the engine... (valve cover/ engine?) and the other one connects two other components together.... I can't seem to get the second of those 2 off... is one of the components the AIR system for the stock intake? or is one the throttle body.
