Use an open end wrench and tap the wrench with a hammer till it breaks loose.

I havn't taken the primary one out but my secondary I had to remove for my bungless cat. I was able to muscle the sensor loose with a wrench but ended up smashing my left index finger into the body of the car doing so. Good luck.

I sprayed my WRX's O2 sensor bolt with penetrating lube & let it sit overnight... and it still was a bitch to get off. Just make sure you don't go crazy with the lube or touch the O2 sensor's probe with it!
