NX Express installed....well, almost

Well, after almost 6 hours of trying install the kit, Rick, Rick's uncle, and I are a little more than half the way done. the only problem is the fact that the asshole who sold me the kit neglected to send some very important pieces.
1. Nitrous hose that runs from the front to the back of the car (we used Rick's old line from his old Zex kit)
2. Blue manifold that is supposed to connect to the fuel pressure cut off switch
3. Neglected to tell me which TPS wire it is that we're supposed connect to

However, we were able to install the bottle, nozzle, solenoids, switches, and also wires. Rick and I installed the bottle and also the nozzle. Rick's uncle professionally installed the switches and also solenoids. I'm telling everyone, if you want something installed professionally and at a REALLY good price, go to Rick's uncle.

Hopefully, if everything else comes in, we should be able to install the rest this sunday. Sunday SUNDAY Sunday...hehehe

If you want some pics, check out http://photos.yahoo.com/cltech2003 . Go to the NX Express area

So i gues thisw means that you'll be chasing Rick down the strip with your NOS kit as well?

I hope you get everything and get the whole kit installed.

Also, I do agree, if you want something installed professionally, go to Rick's Uncle - He installed my AV sytem in the CL and he will be doing the upgraded version this coming Spring. He is opening his own shop soon, so trust me, it's worth the trip to PA.

Yeah, the dude who sold you the kit needs his ass kicked!

Oh well! We did what we could!

Look forward to getting the install finished, hopefully on Sunday.

My Uncle officially opened his shop last week.

If anyone needs electronic (audio, video, engine) work done on their car (at a cheap price; but quality work), let me know, and I'll hook you up with him.

I like how the OEM foglight switch is now your N2O arming switch.

I still think that using OEM seat heater switches would be great for the purge button and neons!

Yeah, I'm really planning on buying those seat heater switches, one for the neons, and then one for the purge! That would create the ULTIMATE sleeper look!!!

Rick, get at me so I can speak with your Uncle. Spring is fast approaching and I want to pickout my new system and plan a date in April to have the whole shebang installed!

New DVD, screen, upgraded amp and speakers and a controller/headunit

Dennis - His uncle has a pretty cool screen, dvd player, and video cassette player (used but in really good condition) for like $950 or so. I think it's only a 5" screen, but picture is sharp as hell. I'm almost 90% sure that it's a eclipse heda unit.
