im trying to figure out some basic mods i can do to my car that arent too expensive, i found a picture of one thing i want to do but i dont know what to call the part, heres a link to what it looks like

i never even noticed the black panel running along the bottom of my car until i started coming to this site, so i want to get that painted and then add that piece that guy has on the front of his car, kinda looks like ground effects, can anyone tell me what to call that and where to get it from? thanks

ok i finally figured out how to search on google, found me a few for around two hundred dollars, i think im gonna get the new grille first, i can probably afford the front lip after christmas...
