nitrous plug ?'s

ok, im going to be getting a zex nitrous kit in the near future and i have a few questions.

1. ive been told that i need to run the cooler nitrous plugs if i run the juice, but that i should not run the cooler plugs all the time as they arent good unless your running juice 24/7. so do i have to change plugs out to run nitrous and then put the regualr plugs in to get to work (for example)?

2. does the zex kit come with a unit that retards the timing when the shit kicks in? i understand that the timing heeds to be retardewd to run the juice correctly...

thanks all

I ran cooler plugs all the time w/o issue, I just went to a 7 plug though, wasn't much colder, this is a must do though

the only way to retard our timing is to reprogram the ecu, a colder plug will be fine

running a colder plug is a must, let me see if I can find where I wrote down what plugs I specifically was running.
