Anyone know of any junkyards/places that would have a hood and/or front bumper around the NYC area? I don't want to pay for shipping if I don't have to, otherwise I'd probably be better off buying it from the dealer.

Going to start looking in the Yellowbook and calling

Dealer wants $450 for the hood and $250 for the bumper

Hey TED... i found this website and they game me a quote of 168.95+ 149.99 shipping for the hood.. however they said its gonna take up to 6 weeks to get them in.... They guy was really cool about it too.. i paid for the hood and he said hell give me a call back as soon as he gets them im.. gave me back my money... maybe if both you and I need a hood they can try to get one sooner.. cuz i am in need of a hood too.. ASAP... but a couple weeks to save 2 hundred dollars isnt too bad for me..

ross should still have my old bumper. it need the paint stripped off it though and some very minor body work. its urs for $75 if u want it. im 20 mins from nyc when im in nj

 

About $319 for a hood shipped, that's much better than the $450 the dealer wants, and is $32 + shipping cheaper than acuraautomotive parts... thanks for the link bro

I believe we still have it, it's back in Berwick though, we put it in his old Explorer that is sitting at his house before we moved the shop, I believe. If this guy wants it or anyone else wants it pm me and either Ross or I will pick it up on one of the weekends we go home. I know your WW lip is here in inventory.

Well, I called most of places around me and noone has it (most cars get the front smashed up). Although, if anyone is looking for other 1st gen parts, I found a place or two that supposedly has them.
