I had the bubbled Kuhmos removed and Nitto NT 555 Extreme Performance P225/40ZR18 92W put on.





Also, I joined the AEM CAI camp (but kept my K&N filter).

I doubt there are any HP gains.

I made the change because I wanted the 1-piece look (I also got it for a great price $142.50).

Hey Rick i love the Nitto's! I just threw the same tire on my ADR's and i love them! You like them better than the Kumho's? My AEM is 2 peices, whats up wih that? Congrats on the upgrades, the only thing constant is change!

ding069: I haven't had a chance to really put the Nittos to the test. However, I had them mounted on Thursday and it was raining hard. I did some high speed runs and hard cornering, and the Nittos performed flawlessly in the rain!

About the AEM; did you buy it used? Sounds like it was made (or customized) for the By-Pass Valve. Otherwise it should be one piece.


Jamie: I had a spare rim (new) that I used to replace the worst rim. The other "bent" rim turned out to only have a slight bend on the lip, and still functions/looks pretty good. I got away without buying new rims (I hope)!
