new lowered pics

Thanks to redryder83 for installing these spotlines and ingalls camber kit for me, I swapped them with my H&R's for those of you curious. His TL is sick anyways, I havent been able to take good pics of my car yet because its been raining like hell here. I finally got a chance to wash my car and take a few quick pics. Sorry for the crappy pics, there arent many on this computer to work with and photohost reduced their filesize limit

here are some pics for reference...

my car stock height

my car lowered with H&R sports/KYB AGX w/ stocks (the shadows make it seem lower than it actually was)

same thing as above but with my 18's (sorry i dont have any good side pics of it on this comp)

and now my car with Sportlines/KYB AGX/Ingalls camber kit

it sits a little lower, in the back im just tucking and the front is only a bit lower than before. I really need an alignment and the passenger side control arm is rubbing against the fender so (i hope) that after i get it aligned and get some fender trimmed out, maybe it'll drop a bit more.

i dialed down the shocks from 3/6 to 2/4 to compensate for the sportlines being a bit stiffer..theyre pretty much about the same to me

Klepto...

With the alignment the control arm issue will only be worse i got sportlines and ingalls also. The best thing to do is trim down the control arm a little.

yea i know, when i take it in for an alignment imma just have the shop either trim the fender line out a bit or bang it back...something so that the control arm wont rub against it anymore

the install was maybe two, two hours? then another hour or so putting in and messing with teh camber kits. we tried putting on my brembos too at the same time and we couldnt do it without the hub puller, so Im just guessing on that time. Before, i could get maybe two fingers in the rear fender gap...now its just tucked...i think i can fit 1 finger. The front went from about a 3 finger gap to a 2. But like I said before, im hoping the front will drop more after i get the control arm problem fixed. I have some better pics of the fender gap on my computer up at Davis, i'll post em tomorrow when I get back

You should check to see if the control arm is resting on the metal piece under the fender well. The front seems a little high. If anything, you should just set the camber all the way negitive with no correction untill you can get it aligned.

thats how i have it...all the way neg right now. At first we had it on full positive and when we let the car down, the control arm was resting under the metal piece, we had to put them on full neg to get it to JUST clear the fender :o

Clpower's sits lower, but his is a 3.0, some weight difference in the front. My car sits lower in the front also being it is a 3.0. All you need now is a front lip.

Hey it looks good man. I am still interested in buying those H&R springs if you haven't sold them already. How hard is it to change the rotors yourself or how expensive is it to have done on the 97 2.2 I want to do that also. Just asking since you mentioned them. PM me about he springs if you still have them.

funny, i have the sportlines, kybs and it doesnt seem to sit as low as it does on my 18s than it does on kleptos. I have them on 18's but with 225/40/18....your car looks good with those black rims though. Anyone know if it will get lower if i put in an h22? or is it the same spec weight wise?
