Hi, guys. I'm new here and my name's Paul. Currently, i have a 98 accord. I'm trying to get a new car after I get out of Marine boot camp. At first, I was planning on getting either a 240sx, Miata, 3000gt, or a 300zx, but then I stumbled onto the CL. Right now, I am digging the CL more than any of those other cars. This may sound bland, but how do you guys like the Acura CL?

 

Love it for the most part. But if you are looking for power like it seems that you are int he other cars you listed. The CL is not the car for you unless you wanna sink some money into it.

 

Well, sinking money into it was the whole deal for me. I besides the 3000gt and the 300zx, i would of kept it stock. For the 240 that I was planning to get, i was going to drop either an H22 or an sr20.

Besides power, I freakin love how the CL looks! Its sexy

 

I'm actually trying to see if this is a good project car. My accord, i threw on a lip kit, did a 9005 conv, and added some pioneer speakers, but i didnt really think Accords were a good project car.

 

buy IT!. id get a 2003. though.

 

The CL is exactly that, an accord. They are worth it if you are into them though, and they look way better than an accord and have leather and wood. Some of us love them, some hate them, but depends on the car you get, and the driver

 

even after some of the probs(3.0 glass tranny) i still look,drive,and love her.not that fast,but not slow. it depends what you want out a car.if you want a car that get's you from a-b i highy recommend a cl for the price. if you wanna be fast and furious look elsewhere...........
