Smile New to the CL

Hello,

I just recently got my 97 CL 3.0 with 108,000 with the tranny rebuilt by Acura at 87,000. Just wanted to introduce myself. So far I have gotten Eibach Pro spring, KYB GR-2 shocks, NGk Iridium plugs and blue wires, AEM V2 intake and Nokia bulbs. I have found that everyone here is full of more knowledge about these cars than most shops I have spoke to. So far I am loving the car, alot more powerful than my Teg2. I will post pics as soon as I get the springs on the car. One question my CL has the sun roof visor on it leave or remove it?

thanks,https://acurazine.com/forums/misc.ph...g=0&forumid=7#

took the visor off and now there is a ring around the sunroof. shaved the acura and 3.0 cl emblem at the same time so will be buffing and polishing for awhile.

If it was installed oem, you prolly should have left it on. I like the visor, but you know, I don't have one. There are times when I wish I did. Welcome to the forum, and remember...

It is your car. Get opinions, but ultimately you are the one who has to live with the decisions you make. Choose wisely and watch out for snap judgements. No one on here has seen your car, so how can they say one way or the other what looks good or doesn't. I mean, some guys like those lighted mirrors and amber side markers like you see on BMWs... I think those are ghey, but if someone chose to put them on, I wouldn't criticize them, but I would say the parts look ghey. LOL...

Good luck and glad to have you aboard.
