New car...
Hey everyone! Just letting everyone know that I got a new(ish) car, and that I'm selling my CL. I know I've been mostly ghosting the CL section for a while, but I still want to say thanks for all the advice, and all of the fun mod ideas/DIYs you provided. It's been fun, and I am sad to see it go, especially since it was my first car. I'll still visit occasionally to check up on things here though. Take care!

It's the blue one, the exact same only no fog lights in the aero kit.
Sorry for no actual pics, I'm at work and have to covertly post :P

Only now I pretty much can't eat, or spend money on anything for about 5 years!

mindless self indulgence
Hah... I know I know I haven't been a very active member. Partly because I had an auto CL that I didn't want to dump alot of money into, and partly because I wrecked it slightly and didn't want to dump money into fixing it :S
But thanks for the props! The only planned mod in my sig that I did was the blue interior lighting btw.
Also, I didn't know how to drive a manual before I got this! :P But it only took a few days to get the hang of, thank jebus.

I remember him, only cuz he was the only member on here with a k&n intake

Thanks Yeah probably spent WAY too much on an intake for it but, that aside, the sound was amazing. I LOVE the sound of that v6 w/ an intake. But new(ish) will get it's own, hopefully soon!
Also, why use synthetic oil? I though the civic si took regular 5w30? I could be totally wrong though heh.

I was at the Honda dealership with my buddy who owns an SI Sedan. and the guy he knew there had that color also, but in a sedan. SWIRL marks like crazy. They are so noticeable on that color. Stay away from automatic brush car washes. :twocents:

Mobil 1 Synthetic is the only way to go in a newer car

:P Idk about all that, I don't want to start any fights or anything... but, I did do my first mod yesterday! Cut a hole in the fog light cover (no fog lights in, just a plastic cover), took out the intake resonator, brought the tubing to the fog light port, and dropped in a K&N filter
I will definitely get pics up if you guys want, and yeah I realized it DOES show swirl marks like a bitch, but nothing a good clay barrin' can't fix (I never go to car washes)
