It's been a while, but I'll try!
Unplug the speakers by going into the trunk and looking for the connectors under the shelf.
Remove the seat back. This should allow you to undo the rear shelf carpet, and get under the speaker covers. There should be 4 screws holding each speaker down. Take out the screws, and the speakers should come out.
Put the new ones in, and reverse the above steps.
Good luck!

no need to undo the back seat... just be carefule and pop the rear speaker grills off... unscrew the screws holding them in ... make sure to disconnect speakers from trunk
its not hard to do .. if they have huge magnets there gunna rub on the bar in the trunk ... but thats if they are really big .. my infinity 6x9s fit fine ... now only if i didnt blow em

I just put in some infinity's yeasterday. To take the speakers out:
1) unscrew three screws fron inside the trunk that hold the speaker grill. They are brass in color and pretty short. Then you could pop the grill out from the inside of the car.
2) unscrew 4 screws holding the speaker down from the inside of the car. They are around the corners of the speaker. One of them is kinda of a bitch cause it's real close to the rear glass.
3) after you unplug them from the trunk, you can just pull them out from the inside of the car.
The annoying part is trying to put everything back together. I know for my infinity's, the holes in the speakers did not line up perfectly with the holes in the rear deck. Which means I have to get a drill and make the holes slightly bigger.
