I saw the most horrid thing yesterday (last night).. 2 car crash... all kids... one car landed 300 ft away on its roof... the other car 300ft back split into 2 seperate pices... the frot in the mid of the road and the ass up on the sidewalk... SCARY!!!! never seen nothing like it!!!! cars were not recognizeable... nor do i think the people were!!! So sAD.. when will peopole learn that racing pride isnt worth their life!!!

I read that article last night...they didn't say whether alcohol played a role in the article, only that they were going to test their BAC, which is typical in that situation

Pretty sure alcohol was involved had talked on the phone with her earlier that night and they were all hanging out and they were drinkin then. I did not know the other people involved just my girl. She had met those guys down there.
My point for posting this is I Just wanted everyone to know this shit does happen and that showing off to prove something is stupid. Yes I have been street racing for awhile, but don't put people in the car with you. If you want to risk your own life on a backroad with nothing around, My opinion your life your decision. But just think about how you are going to affect the people around you because let me tell you when something does happen there is a not a more helpless feeling then being on the receiving end of that kind of heart ache.

wow, i am sorry to hear about that, i hope everything turns out okay.

but this story and the one casper told just illustrates how important seat belts are...i know alot of people that dont wear theirs and it just doesnt make any sense to me....when i was in the accident that totaled my accord, if i didnt have my seatbelt on, i would have been seriously f'ed up...either from the airbag or the windsheild.

it just isnt worth risking your life or health...and if any of u guys have crotchrockets..PLEASE wear your helmets, your life can change in the blink of an eye.

Something like that happened at the Street Races out here in KS.. Last year a kid like 16 brought out his dads Stingray and crashed into a pole nobody was injured but the car was trashed... Cops never let us race their again...
