hey does any one have an extra 97 tem gauge ? i will trade ya a 98 for it or pay ?? i have a 97 and a 98 gauge cluster and have a broken needle on the tep gauge of the 97 , i will sell the 98 gauge or trade for a compleet 97 gauge

 

does teh 98 gauge not work on teh 97?

no it works but i want to put my orignal gauge backin and it is the one with the broken needle, but yeah they are interchangeable with the years

 

they're interchangable, but you have to swap the gauges only

you can't swap the entire unit...you have to remove the gauges from the units and swap the gauge units only.

I did it with legendary98CL...and both our ABS lights came on....when we swapped boards back, it turned off.

 

the needles are also white on the 97 and red on the 98/99. so it'd be pretty ugly.

 

well that must have been somthing else in your car??? cuz i have a compleet 98 set up in my ride now and before i got in to all of theese crashes it was good not a problem!!!
