Need help with m3 mirrors!!
okay i just took my car to GT Group (the place i got my car lowered) and we spent 3 hours trying to get the powered m3 mirrors to work
the STUPID WIRES just don't correspond. no matter wut combination we do, they don't move according to what buttons are pressed. GRrrrrrrrrr so pissed =\ although i must say they don't look too bad =) even unpainted
ill take pics, does anyone have any idea how to hook dat crap up? it doens't seem like the powered mirrors are compatible with our stock mirror moving thing
btw i have a 97 3.0

well I think that should not do that if all the connections are correct.. I must say I think that the mirrors might be messed up.. don't know.. hopefully it is not.. I'm planning to do this same project also soon.. hope you get to fix it..

rEmixnZZa can you please please please tell me exactly what needs to be modified so the mirrors will fit? Sorry I can't help you with the wiring issue yet cuz I haven't put them on, but I'll keep you posted.

I had a pair but didnt like them and the wire colors didnt match up at all but i just kept changing them around and they eventually worked. Plug your factory mirrors back in and make sure they work just to be sure the mirrors are getting power

yes they are getting power...i spent 3 hours trying to mix/match the wires!! plus i had professionals with me -.- damn lol
anywayz u have to drill 2 additional holes so you can put the screws into the mirrors to hold it on tight.
they fit quite well, but are considerably smaller than our stock ones
well im going back to the shop in an hour or 2 and gonna go at it again lol wish me luck
