Need help?????

If anyone knows where I can find a 1998 Acura 3.0 CL OEM Catalytic Converter brand new for cheaper than the dealer let me know or give me the heads up please. My cat needs to be changed and the dealer is charging an arm and a leg to do the service ($1,000 + taxes). I'm trying to find to buy the part on my own at a fair price.
