My New Custom Grill

I had nothing to do last night so me and my friend decided to put a custom grill on my baby. His dad works with tile so we used something called wiret (I think), because its thicker than any other grill material Ive seen. Because it was thicker, we had a little trouble when reattaching the grill with the wiret in the middle of the black piece and the silver lining. Overall it took us a little over an hour to make it fit perfectly. I think it looks great on a silver CL and Ill have pics very shortly. However, the black buldge where the "A" used to be is somewhat visible through the mesh so me and my friend are probably going to take it apart again and slice that sucker off. Does that sound like a good idea? Has anyone a better suggestion?

How about putting the "A" and "wings" back on over top of the mesh? I've seen this done, and it looks great!

Thanks for the reply Dust but I personally like the clean look of just the mesh. But my friend and I came up with an idea to hide all the stuff visible behind the grill. We went to Home Depot and picked up something called Animal fence or something of that nature. It kind of resembles the black screens you see on sliding doors and whatnot, only it is MUCH thicker. We took apart the grill once again and placed the mesh behind the grill we had just installed. Now the buldge and the wings are hidden and the mesh kinda shines in the sun giving it a whole new look! I think it looks great IMO and am so glad me and my friend are perfectionists. We tried to fix a small imperfection and ended up making it look better than we thought! Hey Dust Ima take some pics, perhaps you can help me post them? =)
