If you look up my car, you'll notice the grill and trim was painted black. I honestly hate chrome, and my Titan also has a black grille instead of the big chrome one.

also... I'm sure many of you have seen those nice old ebay black housing headlights, the ones with the stripes on the outer most lense (here now you know what im' talkin about)

I personally think the stripes are hideous, do you think it'd be possible to open em up and take that out if done carefully enough?

Semi-murderin it out... ? haha... I win, but hey, BlackAck's changed his mind like 4,267 and counting, so even though you had an idea doesn't mean its set in stone.

Tell me about it. When i got the car there was no mount, they just screwed right into the front bumper without making sure it was even. Sucks.

i would straight slap the shit out of a dealer who drilled into my bumper instead of asking me to even pay for the license plate brace or asking if i wanted one. thats ridiculous.

It was before he even put the dealer plate on so I could test drive it. Nothin I could do... I could always fill it in, but the crookedness is something you never see. Totally stands out.

haha okay, from now on I'll stick to topic and refrain from the non related picture posting.

Hoping to pocket over $700 for grad money. Keep you guys posted on stuff.

I keep heaering whispers of gas hitting $8/gallon by the end of this year. I don't know how I feel about this crap. Makes me question putting money into a car I won't be driving. If gas gets that high, i'll be taking hilda (my ack) off the road and slapping on a vespa aha.

I guess i could always slap a natural gas tank in the trunk of the CL... extra 600 miles per tank haha.

...Or you could buy a cheaper, smaller bike.

That's what me and my dad did. Just a Lifan GS200. Looks sweet and gets sick gas mileage. Yeah, it's slow, but it's still a bike and we won't have to shotgun gas with it.

"NGV enthusiasts are getting around range limitations (and vehicle scarcity) by converting their own vehicles to run on natural gas and adding spare tank capacity. Throwing extra tanks in the bed of a truck, for example, can boost driving range to around 600 miles. The best part about converting a vehicle (as opposed to the Civic GX) is that if you run out of CNG, the system automatically switches back to gasoline." - digg.com article..

Yeah there are drawbacks, its compressed and the tank in the trunk takes up an assload of space, but its definitely doable.
