Muffler Tips

Yesterday I had a hole bunch of stuff in my car that I needed to unload so I was backing my car up to a loading bay. The closer i got to the bay i began to hear this high pitched scraping. I immediately stipped thinking I hit somehting but actually there was a slope that made the door level to teh street and as I was backing the muffler caps/tips (stock) were grinding into the cement. I was kinda pissed especially since thye are now squared off at the bottom so I was wondering if it would be possible to buy just the tips/caps, and if so how much would I be looking at spending. If the world worked my way I would just get a new exhaust like dustbusters (looks sooo nice) but my parents think that I have thrown away too much money accessorizing my car and refuse to let me get a custom exhaust setup.

Also, Has anyone mounted a sub in the spare tire recess? I was thinking about trying this but wanted to know how it looked first.

Does the Zanio Swirl remover stuff really work? The paint on my car is shit, and the swirls make it even worse, I have toyed with the idea of having it repainted black just due to the amount of rock chips on the hood but may parents will not let me do that either... If the Zanio does work well is it worth the buy or would I be better taking the car into a professional and having the paint buffed and waxed which I believe would take care of my water spotting issues.

Finally i have been averaging around 230-250 miles per tank of gas, where as my friend who has a 98 accord V6 gets like 325... is there something I should check or add?

Thanks in advance for all of your great answers!

www.acuraautomotiveparts.net is the site for all of your oem replacement needs. You should be able to match the tips up at your auto parts store as well.
