i payed $470.00 plus shipping, zero tax, did the labor myself. im sure i could have gotten a better deal, if searched just a little harder, but it seemed that was the going rate. the Sp2 is actually cheaper for the quality. and the muffler looks good with our rear bumper.

MINE. No uh, ive actually got a lot of compliments on it. They've all said they liked how it was a lot more deep instead of the usual ricey shit can. Well, thats pretty much what my one friend, thats a cop said. But mines the Magnaflow 14805. If it was too loud I was going to get a new resonator but it sounds pretty good, IMO. And it looks pretty damn good too!

Hell yeah man, looks awesome. So, can you just buy the muffler, or would I have to get new piping and what not?

I'd suggest at least doing axle back, it's not a lot of piping or money

My pick is Magnaflow universal, carefully picked out and placed so as to match the factory bumper cover cutout, and have custom piping done, maybe only back to the next joint, don't see much point in replacing all the piping. Greddy is a civilized sounding catback that you can get in all stainless but I can't see myself spending that kind of dough on something like that, I'd modify handling or wheels first.

Alberta cars don't rust anything like in Ontario so the stainless piping is a non issue to me.

Most definitely, the factory muffler is too big too heavy and too restrictive

I paid 110 parts and labor for my custom exhaust with muffler only, its off brand like DTM or something, and ive never looked back, I love the sound it make outside the car, inside gets a bit much.............. soon gonna have a full HKS catback kit in, maybe from my cuzin for free, so im lookin forward to that, but since the headers were put in I might need something a bit more restrictive........... maybe

HKS is a beautiful catback, one of the best out there. I asked my tuner place about that before, I think they had one there

pricey though. an HKS Hi-power (rear section) only is ALOT of money. almost as much as my full GReddy system.

I didnt get fully custom piping. I went to right where the axle is and back. But thats cause that was all rusted anyway but thats probably the best and cheapest way to do it.

most people do intake, first but it really doesnt matter. i went intake, header, exhaust, straight pipe. in that order.

It doesnt matter. It's not going to really effect anything THAT much. So basically whenever. I did my exhaust first but thats cause my orig. muffler was rusting away on the heat shield and looked like ass.
