i had msd 6a, msd wires, msd balster ss coil, msd cap and it really didnt do all thay much. i also had hks cat back, dc header, aem v2, aem pullies on a 2.2cl. car started better, improved throttle response, slightly better accel, but the best thing was the additional mpg. i was getting like 33-34 mpg on the highway in my 8 yr old car with almost 90k on it. im pretty sure thats more then what the sticker said on the car new. i would spend the $400 elsewhere unless you;re running out of mods like i was. already did suspesnion, rims, body kit, etc. if you notice a big improvement its more then likely your oem stuff wasnt performing all that good. there was a diff with a msd setup bet nothing to get excited about. maybe if you were running nos or FI then that would be a diff story. my car was screaming like a pack of angry bees ever since the i/e so no change there with ignition. if it only went as fast as it sounded it should.

peace
