More issues with the cl- Throwing P0113 code

Alright, so I got the car back and it was spuddering when I was driving it. My brother said him and his friend who did the engine swap ran a diagnostic and got an after cat o2 sensor problem so I just replaced that.

Well the spuddering is still happening so I ran another code and now its saying a P0113 code- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit high input. What the heck does that mean and how do I fix it? Could the issue be bad gas? The gas has been sitting in there for about 10 weeks, any other ideas why this would be happening?

Check the sensors around the throttle body. See if there are any loose wires or bad grounds

according to the manual, replace the sensor, or there is a open in the circuit ( which is why it says high input ).

On the driver's side, back of the engine compartment, you'll find the IAT sensor.
