complex? Are you fucking kidding me? It's based off a fucking honda accord for fuck sake, not a god damn yugo or a mercedes.

Sorry to hear its slipping again.

It's not that complex if you know what you're doing, that's the difference.

To quote his very words, " This car is complex and when you're dealing with a high end car you deal with high end problems."

At the same time I was there, they had a Porsche 911 in there for a new transmission... $9,000 later the man went home with his car. I hate to even think about the problems he must be having now.

i dont trust those big guy companys. i went to my mechanic and he recommended a transmission specialist, he rebuilt the whole thing, $2400 later, its awesome.

Well.. she did it again!

Dropping another car off at a shop, I was sitting in my car waiting in the parking lot. Look up at my dash from my paperwork and my check engine light is on. Since I know the kids who own this shop, I asked them to pull the codes. I got:

P0303- Cylinder 3 Misfire
P1739- Transmission
P1399- Ignition System or Misfire

While the transmission is obvious (looks like pressure switches) I'm not real sure about the other codes.

Do I start with the O2 sensors and IAC valve or spark plugs? Also, I'm becoming suspicious of the wiring harness and computer that they put in the car while they were doing the transmission.. could this be part of the problem?
