Mod's and passing a smog check

This is for all you people that have mod's on your cars. I dont know but this just hit me. Well since I live in So.Cali we have all these strick emission laws and stuff. So I was wondering what do all you guys do when it comes time to do a smog check? Do your cars all pass the smog check? Do the Headers, exhaust, Cai, or any other mod's affect the emissions? Just wondering cause I dont know
