mobil1 - switching to synthetic

Can you use 10W30 if they don't have 5W30? Target doesn't have any 5W30 just 10W30 or 15W50, but their price is $3.36/qt.

Should you do another oil change shorting after switching to synthetic to make sure the system doesn't have any residual old oil?

In the manual it says- An oil with a viscosity of 5w30 is preferred for improved fuel economy and year-round protection in your acura. You may use a 10w-30 oil if the temperature in your area never goes below 20 degrees F (-7 degrees c).
