Missing Bolt?

I just dropped my car off @ the dealer today for the ignition switch recall replacement and an oil change. I also told them to look @ the brakes because they were squealing pretty bad again. Last time I had my car in ( about 7k ago) he said the squealing was prob from brake dust and my fronts had about 80% left on them and the rears had about 30% left. Well, I get the call back from the dealer a litle while ago and they said I had a bolt mising from one of my front brakes. WTF?!? My dad answered the phone because I was in the shower and they told him it looked like it was sheared off? Has this happened to anyone else before? How does this happen? Are they jacking me around? And my big question is "Is This A Warranty Issue?" I would greatly appreciate any info you guys could share.

BTW....'99 CL 3.0 approx 37K miles. Owned new since 8/99.

When I picked it up he said "has anyone messed around with your wheels?". Ummmm No! I only take it there and if it was jacked around with it was them. He said it wasn't covered under waranty because they have no part to send back because it was missing. What a joke. Is it worth it to call Acura?
