Ill be in miami (well, homestead) for about 3 months with my job, and I dont know anyone down there, Id like to see who lives down there so maybe we could meet up, show me some of the hot spots in miami. thanks

My car will be in homstead in a car show on March 29 and 30.
At the homstead motor speedway.

I'm in Cutler Ridge area which is 10 to 15 minutes from Homestead. Maybe we could meet up and hang out. I'll be able to hang out after Daytona show and I'll be going to show in Homestead also, so I'll probably see you and dcsquirm88.

 

Im like 40 min away...I always go by grandma's crib up in miami.

 

30CLStyle, Guess I'm the only one who literally lives smack in the middle of Homestead with a CL. LOL. It'd be great to meet up with you and the rest of the others to go hang out and do something. Homestead is not exactly the place you wanna be for the hotspots, that is besides the races and the car show, but Miami is where it all happens. I'll see if I could go to the carshow as well.

Hey VeilSideCL, never knew you were that close. Never really saw you around but don't know how I could miss an Orange CL, LOL. Are you gonna be in the show or are you just going to the show.

Hey Dcsquirm88, did you ever get done with the swap? Besides that, did you get any other major things done to your ride since that last meet we had up in Dolphin mall? How do you like your drop on the H&R's?

Im in North Miami but only till this weekend =( then my spring break is over and I have to go back to school in gainesville. I wish I could stay here and see some other hooked up cl's.

 

sweet, well, Im lookin forward to comin down, ill be stayin on the Air Force Base down there, Im goin down there to check it out and if I like it Ill be moving down there for good, so ya'll will have to show me the hot spots and where all the girls are,

 

Damn, Homestead AFB is still open? I thought they re-opened after Hurricane Andrew just for commuter stuff. I'm not going to be in Miami till the summer to visit the folks...I don't have as much time to come down since I got out of college. If you're into fishing, diving, etc...head south on US1 and go check out the Keys

 

Homestead AFB is a reserve base now, but they do have a full time staff out there that I will be apart of, theres some other stuff goin on down there but cant talk about it to much, but thats what Ill be doin, Im just hopein Ill like it down there

 

Ther is also one of the new homeland security operations center opening up in a month or so in fort lauderdale.

 

I'm racing to finish the swap in time for the show. The only things I've done is buy parts for the h22. The engine is pretty much fully built from the ground up.

 

I'll be most likely entering show. Maybe I'll see some of you guys down there. Hope they dont do show on outside area where they held the cast of 2 Fast 2 Furious cause it gets HOT as hell. My VeilSide tag frame curled up due to that it was so HOT, I had it on rear deck with a/c running and all.
