Make those hazy lights go away??

Hey folks,

Just trying to do a little research here

1. How many people have hazy, fading or cloudy headlights???

2. How many people would like to have that problem go away with an easy fix??

3. What if I told you that I have a product that will not only take care of that, but also polish out any metal you want to use it on?

We came across a product that is absolutely amazing and really works without hours of work and elbow grease. We are working on getting some pictures for you to drool over.

This product will not help with pitting or deep scratches sorry. Thoughts and opinions are wanted here.

I have fogged up lights. Is it something like Mr.Clean soap thing that cleans surfaces as well as rims etc.?

it is a metal polish that can be used for almost type of metals

Copper, brass, silver, gold, aluminum as well as other things such as

kitchen ranges
formica
paint
polycarbonate plastics, ie headlights.

here is some more info we posted on another site

Here are some pics for you folks to check out.

All this was done by hand in less than 15 minute work time. Results will just get better the more time that is spent on it.

As is before any polish on them

3 minutes of rubbing the light out.

After results

Untouched light on an Altima

Bottom middle section was the only area that was worked on. You can see that the black area has come to be more prominent now

This is after 2 minutes with a Dremel and buffer pad with some polish. Imagine what it would look like after it was all done and polished out.

As I am sure everyone knows you can not get the true effect of a mirror finish and color depth with a camera in these applications. But in person all these areas that we touched are greatly better off and look so much nicer now.

Results will vary based upon the surface as to which you are working from. The older and more faded the light the less likely will restore to brand new, but the result will change for the better.

As for a metal polish there is not one better on the market. This new polish comes from Europe and has a cleaner and protection in one.

More to come soon!!

I felt like I was being pulled into one of those 3:00 am infomercials, hosted by a husky middle-aged man, when I first read this thread.

Good idea, though.

It seems a few people that blacked out their housings are having a couple problems with fogginess, after not properly sealing the housing back together. I think that's one of the main reasons why I'm just too scared to black mine out, haha. I'm afraid I'd mess up and not have headlights for my damn car.

I dont' think those pics do it justice, but I can definately see what you're talking about, man if you did the rest of that altima light it would look brand new. How much you askin for the product rock? And I'll give you a testimonial, Rockblocker has taken care of me a couple times, and is a good seller on this board, perhaps if you post a couple better b4 and after pics, people will get the idea, I'm definately interested though

Just guessing.. Is it brasso?
It's kinda the standard for ipod screens. I thought about using it on the headlight, but never got around to buying some.
I did mine the old way of using sand paper then a plastic polish like you would with a paint scratch. It worked well, but it still didn't look brand spanking new. (I happened to have a brand spaking new light on the drivers side from a wreck).

I used a 3M product plus a mineral compund buffing wheel. I got descent results, but they don't seem to last longer than a couple of months. I do wax them to protect them.

The product is called Wenol and not brasso. You will be surprised as to how many surfaces it works on.
