Major Electric Problems

Sup guys its me again, im having a huge @$$ problem, ill tell u the whole story. I had left a power inverter switch on for like 2 weeks straight. Ok now saying that, i have not used the car in that period of time AND i have a optima red top battery. Ok, now im having this issues where if i leave the car for more then one day sitting, it wont start. i have recently had the system changed. theres 2 amps, and a cap. The way I have it set the amps turn off when the radio turns off. i have no clue wut to do.... i have charged the optima for 24 str8..... im bout to f*uk it and take it to acura....

i disconnected the battery, for like 3 days and put it on and the car started up good, but i had the car running with out any thing on for like 15 mins and all of a sudden i see the dash lights mad dim and the headlights dim....

cl the inverter has been off, and when i took out the battery leads and left the car for 3 days, i put the leads back on and the car started up fine, but after the car was idle for 15 mins, everything got dimmed...

Get a meter and check out how much voltage your alternator is putting out. You may have fried some diodes in the alternator .

Maybe the battery isn't fully charged. Usually if you kill a battery, people let it charge itself by driving it, but that's not good. You'll ruin the alternator that way. You need to charge it with one of those chargers.

If your alternator is too small it might not be able to handle the power from your stereo.(even if you just changed it) it'll work for a sec then go again.
