You went with 14815 on the 3.0? what does it sound like? That is the one I want and I am not wanting it to sound all raspy. I like the throaty low tones. Can you put up a clip? Thanks in advance.

It sounds basiclly the same as whatever garfieldwithCL has.. both of us are 3.0's and both of us have different similar model dual-tip magnaflows. Ill see if I can make a video later this afternoon. Its kinda loud i have stock resonator im considering a 18/22 resonator but cant decide. Im getting tired of the volume but not the drone on the freeway

I want something more throaty

Sounds like a turbo spooling? That alone sounds like fun.

The Eibach Pro kit you mentioned sounds like the way to good for a daily commuter.

Yeah the install was real easy. Only pain in the ass was removing two studs from the throttle body, but apparently theres an easy way to do it. Look in this thread for the lock nut trick or whatever at the bottom of the first page... https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...le+body+spacer

Priceless

Well I finally got the new exhaust installed today

Here's what was installed from the exhaust manifold leading out to the rear:

- Magnaflow Cat w/O2 sensor
- Magnaflow 22" Resonator
- Magnaflow 14815 5"x8"Oval Muffler
- 2" Stainless Steel Custom Piping (from cat-back)

End result?

Never thought it could sound so sweet. Deep and definitely throaty at the right RPM's while being quiet when it counts. Doesn't sound RICE whatsoever, heck it doesn't even sound like a 4-banger.

Driving along a police cruiser, I thought they would pull me over, but they gave me props and left me alone

I'll try to post up some pix later on, and hopefully capture sound bytes/video clips of it in action.

If anyone is sitting on the fence about getting a Magnaflow, don't wait -- get yours now!

Next up: Headers!

Sorry for the delay in posting up some pics.

Check out these quick pics from my low-res cam phone: here
