mad ty0te ghetto DRL's
was bored tonight, so I decided to make my own ghetto DRL's. I basically took a pair of old 9005's that I had laying around and hacked the shit out of them. then I bore out the center to fit around my 194 corners. Better than drilling into my headlights I guess. I do lose my highbeams, but I rarely use those 
here are a quick few pics. They fucking suck because this computer doesnt have a RAW converter so I had to use some crap ass program I found on the web.

dude, are those yellow 168s? ive been lookin everywhere for yellow ones and the closest i can get is amber... so ive (for the time being) had to make my own using a hi-temp yellow marker lol. i think it looks awesome and its not as ghetto as my first set of 'drls' lol i took telefone wire and since its really thing just connected a single led to the ends and put it into the highbeam area with the highbeam bulb still there...

im not hating, u did a goob fabrication job
the only thing i hate about DRL's are that ur lights are always on while driving. i
like to be "stealthy" at night sometimes and drive around without the
lights...dont ask me why

i've got that DRL problem where they sometimes work, and sometimes they don't. best of both worlds

Why don't you just tap into your high beam wires for those lights? That way you just turn it on and off from your high beam switch..
