i did the same thing, about a week ago, i painted mine blue, do a search for painted my engine...... why did you not try and do the piece that has the symbol on it, check mine out. looks good though, oh yeah dont let casper see this post he will bitch you out for doing that....j/k casp....

I saw your thread, but I couldn't figure out how to safely dismantle the "A" and paint over the letters safely, so I left it alone. I may buy another one or try to find a junked one and experiment with that one, bu tI am pleased with the overall look.

I know about the 4x4 look, I priced some springs and shocks, so I have to wait until I find about $700 lying around to take care of that.

Tinted windows come next week, I ranout of days off this week, so I'll get it done next Wednesday, mynext day off.

I am still looking for some other tuner lugs, since these closed ended ones are too long for my centercaps to properly fit on the rims. Anyone know of anyplace that sells them? I tried this place in Oklahoma, and they are looking into it for me.

You think they make a chrome color paint that would match the plastic/chrome on the acura symbol in the Engine bay??
