well, the benifits are dual runner of course. There has been some controversy over them working correctly since we dont have "black boxes" controlling them, but they work well enough with vacum pressure for you to notice more tq down low and much more air flow = more hp too. A member from accordinglydone has done this swap and he has noticed a very good gain in power down low and consistant power up high. On his "butt" dyno, he said it feels much better. You'll see about 5-10 hps if your fuel is tuned for it. The more air thats coming in, the more fuel you'll need to have a proper mixture. Im port matching the head to the mani so everything flows nice. I just need to run to autozone and pic up some gaskets for the tb, mani, and some other small one. Oh yeah, and a Y splitter for the vacumes. Ill do a FULL and COMPLETE DIY as im doing this. Just like my motor mount DIY, expect EVERY THING to be coverd, down to the last bolt. I hate vague DIYS more than anything

No kidding on the DIY's....Are you gonna throw some larger injectors in there as well. I was just thinking you may as well to get the most out of the rail. But thats also another what, 160 bucks. or whatever.

How much did all that stuff run you?

BTW, i dont know if you have seen it or not. But on www.MMRUSA.com you can get a new upgrades cam, a upgraded throttle body, and a port and polished head for like 1,600 for the F22 or F23. They say it is good for 45-50 hp. I didnt think that was too bad. They are all made by Gude i do believe.

Eh, they do seem a little high. But even like 35 hp for 1600 still aint bad.

67 bucks is cheap as hell. Are they in good condidtion?>

that is bad.

you could invest 1600$ into a nitrous system with an upgraded fuel/ignition system etc., and you'll make 3x more than "35hp"

you might as well get a Hondata IM gasket. since your already going all out on your air induction setup. theres said to be some minimal gains.

SWEET. I hate cruise control. Im always on my feet when i drive ( like im racing, sept all the time but very defensivley ) WILP, what do you want for the vacume controller on you H23 mani, if its on there ? ( vacume controller looks like a saucer just above the fuel port that opens the butterflys ) Also, is your h22 fuel rail JDM ( i know that sounds so rice/noob , but the fuel port needs to be on the drivers side for this swap to work smoothly ) just a little FIY. If you guys plan on doing this swap, contact me. I have a spare fuel rail ^ WILPS price is a steal !!! somebody else join me in my quest for more powa

yea i got the diaphram. i actually got 2 of them. i also have the h23 thermostat housing. but the h22 housing is different from the h23 one.(the h22 has a big ass port that goes directly into the head and the h23 one has all hoses.) eather way i do have the h23 one which i think is the one you need. i also have h23 fuel injectors , i beleive they have a longer duration than the f23 ones. and are the correct length so you dont have to make up the spacers. oh and they are obd2 injectors. also have a h22 tb. but i just looked at it and the tps is broken.. however, it is fixable. pm me as to what you want and need and well work out a good price.

WILP i need the h23 thermostat, the h23 diaphram and possibly the injectors. Whats the diff between the f22b1s and the h23s ?

also, my f22b1 thermo has a HUGE ass hole that goes to the middle of the block but the h22 manifold has a 3/4 inch hose coming out of it and i dont know if coolant is supposed to go to it and the big ass port. ill take pics
