Some of us who work and surf the web have to be extra careful with stuff that isnt work safe. i dont want my manager or IT guy seeing profanity when either of them look at my screen or walk by...

then dont surf AZ when you're at work? theres no 100% guarantee that everyone is going to be courteous and using PG language. If youre worried about your manager seeing your screen, then just dont take the chance, otherwise, expect an F bomb or a scantly clad women every once in a while

I do my job. When I have my lunch break I like to surf the web. I know not everyone is smart enough to use different vocab. Jeez. Nevermind then.

I agree with orlando. I think our thread responses to techinical questions should be in a professional manor. Sometimes I check for information on forums during work because I need to know the right part to buy after work or something. Off topic threads are fine but if you're answering someone's question, or if the thread is about something technical, there's no need to drop the f- bomb every other word. Let's talk like the civilized human beings we are when we're giving helpful advice. Just my

you're still a n00b on here so I hear ya, but it doesn't work like that often around here, specially when you get little kids going off and flaming everyone which happens quite often
Most people on here are straight forward and courteous people, but keep in mind that not everyone is, and the people that are normally nice also ave tempers

Most posts stay on topic, but we can't say that for a couple that went off kilter.

Dang nabbit, I spelered a word wrong when I was talking about english. Seriously I wish I didn't cus as much as I do, but I don't do it out in public really, or around kids, so I feel I do a pretty good job keeping it to myself, but this is a recreational site, and it mostly has adults in it. I suppose you could tell your boss what you read on your lunch break is your business.
